Own the delivery of major work packages on one of Europe's most ambitious hyperscale data‑centre programmes.

We are supporting a leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC) as they deliver multi‑phase, multi‑hundred‑megawatt data‑centre developments across Europe. With several major campus builds underway in Helsinki, we are seeking a highly capable Package Manager to take ownership of key construction, MEP or CSA packages across this landmark hyperscale portfolio.

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery of next‑generation digital‑infrastructure projects at an unprecedented scale.

The Role

As Package Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end coordination, management and execution of assigned work packages across a large hyperscale data‑centre campus. Working alongside discipline leads and the wider PMC team, you will ensure your package is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the high technical standards demanded by global hyperscale clients.

You will act as the primary interface between contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders, driving performance and alignment across design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle delivery of your designated package(s) - from planning through execution to handover.
Develop detailed package delivery plans, schedules, scopes of work and procurement requirements.
Oversee contractor performance, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards and safety protocols.
Lead coordination meetings with designers, engineers, commissioning teams and trade contractors to ensure seamless interfaces between packages.
Monitor progress, cost, risks and change, escalating issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.
Ensure all works comply with local regulations, client requirements, and hyperscale technical standards.
Maintain clear documentation including RFIs, submittals, method statements, quality records and handover files.
Support integrated systems testing (IST) readiness through close coordination with commissioning and MEP teams.
Report regularly to senior project leadership on package status, challenges and key decisions required.
Drive a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement across all site activities.

About You

Demonstrated experience managing construction, MEP or CSA work packages on large, complex or mission‑critical projects.
Previous exposure to data centres, industrial facilities, energy infrastructure or fast‑track technical builds is highly valuable.
Strong understanding of construction methodology, technical coordination and package‑level governance.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to influence contractors and stakeholders.
Confident in managing interfaces, resolving technical issues and maintaining rigorous documentation.
Proactive, detail‑driven and delivery‑focused mindset.
Engineering, construction management or related technical background preferred.
Experience in the Nordics or Northern Europe beneficial but not essential.
