Lead the civil, structural and architectural delivery of Europe's most ambitious hyperscale data‑centre programmes.

We are supporting a leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC) delivering multi‑phase, multi‑hundred‑megawatt and gigawatt‑scale data‑centre developments across Europe. As the expansion continues in Helsinki, we are seeking an experienced CSA Manager to oversee the full civil, structural and architectural scope on some of the continent's most technically demanding hyperscale campuses.

This role places you at the core of major programme delivery - ensuring world‑class design, quality, safety and performance across all CSA elements.

The Role

As CSA Manager, you will take full ownership of the civil, structural and architectural delivery across large‑scale hyperscale data‑centre construction projects. From groundworks to building envelope, superstructure to internal layouts, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, programme certainty and seamless integration across all disciplines.

You will act as the client's CSA authority, coordinating design teams, contractors, vendors and interface partners to ensure the successful execution of mega‑scale site builds.

Key Responsibilities

Lead CSA delivery across multi‑MW and GW‑scale data‑centre projects from early design through to commissioning and handover.
Oversee site development-including earthworks, utilities, drainage, roads, hard standings, foundations and structural frames.
Manage architectural packages, façades, internal layouts, fire‑rating requirements, space planning and code compliance.
Work closely with structural and civil engineering teams to ensure integrity, constructability and alignment with hyperscale standards.
Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, design and construction teams to ensure flawless interface alignment.
Chair coordination and progress meetings, resolving design issues, clashes and programme blockers.
Oversee contractor performance, quality management, inspections, documentation and regulatory compliance.
Drive safety‑first culture across all CSA activities and ensure adherence to local and international standards.
Manage design reviews, change control, specifications, submittals and construction methodologies.
Support cost, planning and risk teams with accurate reporting, forecasting and issue resolution.
Act as the senior CSA representative in client governance forums and stakeholder engagements.

About You

Extensive experience delivering CSA packages on hyperscale data centres, major industrial plants, logistics hubs or other large‑scale mission‑critical infrastructure.
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, building codes, geotechnical considerations and complex site development.
Proven ability to manage multiple contractors, design teams and stakeholders across large construction programmes.
Familiarity with high‑specification build requirements, fast‑track delivery environments and complex interface coordination.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Highly organised, detail‑driven and delivery‑focused, with strong commercial and technical awareness.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline is highly beneficial.
Experience working in Nordic or Northern European construction environments is advantageous but not essential.
