Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9 Hours per Day

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and fault-finding duties in line with engineering specifications and site procedures.
• Work on site at HMNB Faslane, supporting naval and defence-related projects.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Install, terminate, test, and maintain electrical systems, cabling, panels, and equipment.
• Use appropriate electrical tools, test equipment, and installation methods safely and effectively.
• Ensure all work is carried out in strict accordance with health & safety, quality, and security standards.
• Collaborate with other trades, supervisors, and engineering staff to meet project schedules and deadlines.

• Security Clearance (SC Cleared) - Mandatory
• Time-served Electrician or equivalent recognised electrical qualification
• Previous experience working in marine, shipbuilding, defence, or heavy engineering environments
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and testing procedures
• Ability to work from electrical drawings and specifications with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to health & safety compliance
