Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Helensburgh
Pay: £15.03 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you hands-on, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors? We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our growing team and help keep our grounds clean, safe, and looking their best all year round.

• Maintaining lawns, hedges, shrubs, and flower beds
• Carrying out grass cutting, weeding, and litter picking
• Operating tools and machinery safely
• Supporting seasonal activities such as planting, leaf clearance, gritting, and snow clearing
• Working to high standards while following health & safety requirements

• Grounds maintenance or landscaping experience (preferred)
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence (desirable)
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexibility for early starts, seasonal overtime, and winter on-call duties
