Programme Performance Lead

We are seeking a Programme Performance Lead to support the Major Works Programme at one of our clients in Helensburgh
. You will manage programme performance, oversee financial governance, and ensure milestones and baselines are met for infrastructure services
. This is a temporary, high-impact role within the UK defense industry,
until June 2026
.

What you will need

• SC security clearance and sole UK national status since birth.
• Proven experience in programme management, governance, and performance oversight.
• Strong financial management skills, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
