An exciting opportunity has opened for a Team Administrator to become a key part of our Landmarc team.

** Main Responsibilities
*** Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and contractors
* Operate gate control and maintain security access lists for staff and visitors
* Processing work orders accurately and efficiently
* Capturing and inputting data into internal systems
* Purchase Order Management – Creating/Receipting
* Ordering of office stationery
* Uploading reports and managing key documents
* Taking clear and concise notes during meetings
* Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries
* Providing administrative support to management
* Supporting the day‑to‑day running of operations and liaising with the facilities team
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and documentation
* Assisting with KPI tracking and reporting for site operations, maintenance, and accommodation services
* Booking and management of site fleet vehicles – produce, track, submit monthly fuel and vehicle/equipment usage reporting
* Liaise with contractors for camp services (equipment maintenance, portaloos, laundry etc)
* Produce monthly forecasts for stakeholders
* Support with other additional task on site
** The Ideal Candidate
*** Strong office and administration skills
* Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software tools
* Ability to use bespoke and off‑the‑shelf systems
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Experience in note‑taking or minute‑taking
* UK Driving licence essential due to rural location
