This is a full-time, on-site Installation Technician role located in multiple locations in Montana. The Installation Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial overhead doors. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, installing wiring and cabling, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining open communication with customers and team members to deliver exceptional service.

The role may require lifting, use of tools, and adherence to safety standards.

• Minimum 2 years overhead door installation experience
• Experience operating aerial lifts (scissor lift and/or boom lift)
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues
• Proficiency in Cabling and handling specialized installation tools
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to run a crew when needed
• Ability to complete installations independently
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Capability to work in a physically demanding, hands-on role requiring attention to detail and safety adherence
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools; technical aptitude is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Bozeman, Great Falls or Helena MT
