Pay range per hour: $21.50 - $36.55. Pay is based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Target invests in staff to support you and your family.

Key Skills & Experience- Guest service fundamentals and building a guest‑first team culture.
- Guest engagement, problem‑solving, and resolution.
- Retail business fundamentals: sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing, and promotions.
- Planning daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet service and sales goals.
- Leading hourly team members: interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent.
- Model inclusive practices and respect for diverse voices.
- Lead a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates, and Front‑of‑Store Attendants to exceed guest service expectations.
- Implement best practices during onboarding and learning; coach to close skill gaps.
- Use sales goals and business reporting to plan and execute workload, driving adherence to store sales and guest engagement goals.
- Support Target Loyalty Programs, educating and promoting benefits that reward guests.
- Assist direct leader with training completion tracking and continuous education to drive front‑of‑store proficiency.
- Engage in development conversations key to team career path.
- Recognize and celebrate team members to reinforce guest service behaviors.
- Promote accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
- Address guest concerns promptly, de‑escalating situations and ensuring resolution.
- Keep team members informed about major promotions, brand launches, and events.
- Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest‑centric team.
- Work a schedule aligned to guest and business needs, including nights, evenings, closing, overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Enable team members to deliver pick‑up and drive‑up orders efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrate ethical conduct and compliance; hold team accountable.
- Model and promote a safety culture, identify hazards, and respond to incidents.
- Provide a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
- Engage guests with assistance when needed, ensuring they receive a superior experience.
- Thank guests and affirm their choice to shop at Target.
- Execute physical security processes to enhance the in‑store security culture.
- Support merchandise protection strategies across the store.
- Follow all certified safe and secure training, as applicable.
