Join the UAMS Helena Family Medical Center team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the delivery of high-quality care within a multidisciplinary team. The LPN plays a vital role in implementing individual health plans, providing patient education, and delivering nursing care aligned with UAMS, ANA, AR State Board of Nursing, and specialty organization standards. Required Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license by the State of Arkansas and graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• One(1) year of clinical nursing experience or will consider a new grad with a current license and one year of previous medical experience (MA, PCT, CNA).
• Must have strong organizational skills and computer knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Immunization experience.
• CPR certification.
• Ambulatory experience.
• EPIC experience.

• Strong clinical expertise and technique.
• Working knowledge of data processing equipment and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care and patient education via telephone or in-clinic settings.
• Support the development of patient Plans of Care (POC) using thorough assessments.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and care providers to ensure comprehensive health management.
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with clinic and professional standards.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
