Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in a Primary Care setting in Helena, Montana. This is a great opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while working within a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

• Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and clinic protocols.
• Administer medications and immunizations as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient health status, reporting any significant changes.
• Assist with patient assessments, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely records within the EMR system.
• Support patient education and promote positive health outcomes.

• Active MT LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a primary care or outpatient setting.
