Custodian

Carroll College is seeking a full‑time Custodian. The successful applicant must be self‑motivated, ambitious, reliable, and detail oriented. This person will perform cleaning tasks on campus. The position also serves as a general maintenance worker, assisting in preventive maintenance on non‑electrical equipment, building infrastructures, snow removal, moving miscellaneous items, and supporting other craftsmen in all phases of maintenance.

A $500 Retention Bonus will be awarded after the employee successfully completes 6 months of employment in the Facilities department. A second $500 Retention Bonus will be awarded after a full year.

• High School diploma or equivalent GED.
