Litigation Attorney - Helena, Montana

Parsons Behle & Latimer is seeking a litigation attorney with at least 10 years of litigation experience to join the Litigation Department in the Helena, Montana office. Parsons is a regional law firm headquartered in Salt Lake City that has national expertise in numerous practice areas.

The firm is at the forefront of the legal communities in Utah, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Wyoming, and the Intermountain Region.

The candidate must have a book of business of at least $350k.The candidate will have significant courtroom and deposition experience, and the ability to handle complex civil litigation.

The candidate would have the opportunity to assist local, regional and national companies and handle a variety of cases for clients with unique litigation needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of litigation experience
• A portable book of business of at least $350k
• Ability to manage and handle all aspects of complex commercial litigation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good judgment and adherence to high ethical standards
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Montana or ability to be admitted by motion
