Transactional Attorney – Helena

Base Compensation

$220,000- $250,000 annually (plus significant bonus potential)

• Employer covers 100% of health, dental, and vision insurance costs for employees and 75% of those costs for family members
• Employer fully funds HSA contributions (single or family) up to the IRS limit
• 3% employer match on employee retirement contributions
• Continuing education plans
• Relocation packages (if applicable)

Billable Hour Requirement: 1,400 annually

Helena, MT

Montana State Bar License plus at least 5 years of transactional experience. Experience with tax law preferred.
