Pega Senior Developer

The Opportunity

As part of the Technology Consulting team, you will design, development and implement optimized business process automation solutions using the Pega Platform. These applications will be easily scalable, extendable and with minimal customization.

As a PEGA Developer you will be part of a team working on the design, development and implementation of business process automation solutions using the PEGA platform. We’re looking for candidates certified in Pega, having proven delivery capability.

• Designing and developing enterprise-level Pega applications, aligned with business needs
• Supporting with the architecture definition and alignment with best development practices
• Participate in technical and business meetings to gather requirements
• Perform tests, validations and adjustments in the developed applications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Scrum, Dev Ops, QA)
• Ensure the scalability, performance and security of the solutions
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
• 3+ years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform
• Applied professional experience on the Pega Platform
• Knowledge in software development (Java, HTML, CSS, SQL)
• Good knowledge on UI/UX and portal development rules
• Experience with Pega Deployment Manager
• Release management and deployments and familiarity with Dev Ops practices
• Pega application performance tuning activities
• Applied understanding of Pega best practices
• Experience in Pega upgrades and migrations
• Knowledge in various reporting tools (BIX)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Knowledge on Pega Constellation would be considered an asset

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Software Engineering or Equivalent
• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
