Corporate Digital Channel Specialist

Glacier Bank (Glacier Bancorp, Inc.) – Regional bank in the Mountain West covering Montana, Idaho, Colorado, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. This Corporate position may be located at bank division offices across AZ, CO, , MT, NV, UT, WA or WY.

About the Role

The Digital Channel Specialist enhances the bank’s digital presence across websites, mobile apps, online banking systems, and other digital channels. The role works with the Digital Channels Manager, product managers, operations, third‑party vendors, and bank employees to implement and optimize digital strategies. It involves research, troubleshooting, technical support, compliance, and trend monitoring.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Digital Channels Manager, Product Managers, and Operations to develop and execute digital channel strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Deliver data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement based on channel performance monitoring and analysis.
  • Support technical implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of digital platforms, ensuring reliability and performance optimization.
  • Coordinate smooth implementation of digital channel changes with operational staff, document procedural changes, and produce support and release documentation.
  • Lead internal and external technical teams to research, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital channels.
  • Conduct regular reviews of digital channels and support requests from internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies to drive innovation within the bank.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on digital channel usage and best practices, proactively identifying knowledge gaps and developing training.
  • Comply with all company policies and applicable laws and regulations, including BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC, and complete assigned online training with a passing score by the due date.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    5 years in business application administration, digital channel management, software product management or a related role. Experience with online/mobile banking, digital account and loan origination, payment processing highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and technologies, web analytics, CMS, digital marketing, web/mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of banking industry regulations and compliance standards highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, data‑driven decision making, proficiency in project management, strong written and oral communication, and collaboration across cross‑functional teams. Must handle diverse audiences calmly and professionally.
  • Regular, reliable, timely attendance. Capability to travel up to 10% (approximately 2 days per month) and possess a valid driver’s license.
Compensation and Benefits

Entry rate $39.22/hour (calculated for Kalispell, MT) with geographic adjustments. WA applicants rates:
Wenatchee $44.41‑$66.61;
Spokane $43.80‑$65.71. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan with employer match and profit sharing, paid vacation, holiday and sick leave. Paid Time Off accrual per hourly rate for part‑time and full‑time employees, as well as paid holidays.

Additional Requirements
  • Travel up to 10% required.
