The Member Success Coordinator is a relationship-driven role at the intersection of healthcare, workforce development, and partnerships. This hybrid role blends sales, marketing, and program coordination with travel across Montana to meet members in the communities they serve. You’ll serve as an advocate for Montana hospitals, MHA Ventures’ Endorsed Partners, and the Association—helping members succeed through recruitment support, strategic marketing, and meaningful partner engagement.

- Sales & Marketing:
Manage relationships with MHA Ventures Endorsed Partners. Develop and execute marketing strategies, facilitate partner-member engagements, and oversee promotional materials and digital channels. Track KPIs and member benefits using CRM/spreadsheet tools. - Healthcare Recruitment & Program Coordination:
Recruit qualified healthcare workers for MHA Connections members. Promote MHA Connections members at career fairs, meetings, conferences, and webinars. Coordinate, organize, maintain, and prioritize MHA Connections program responsibilities, data, and deliverables. - Publications/Media:
Create and maintain marketing collateral. Support webinars, round tables, trade shows, and other events. Prepare reports and contribute to strategic planning.
- Associate’s degree required and at least 1 year of experience in healthcare, recruitment, sales, marketing, or program coordination, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to travel regularly, including some overnight travel (up to approximately 50% of work time)
- Valid, unrestricted Montana driver’s license required
- Hybrid with at least one day per week at the MHA office located in Helena.
