Cooney Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Helena, Montana is hiring a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our supportive, high-performing therapy team. Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing setting, including long-term care, short-term rehab, and outpatient services.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress in accordance with facility policies.
- Collaborate with an experienced therapy team to deliver high-quality, patient-first care.
- Contribute to a positive, team-driven work environment and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant in Montana (or eligible to become licensed).
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred; new grads welcome.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant in Montana (or eligible to become licensed).
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program.

- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too.
