Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacy Technician is responsible for assisting pharmacist(s) in providing safe and effective medication therapy to patients er’s Health.

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and use time wisely.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Demonstrated ability for and of cognitive, organizational and emotional abilities to deal effectively with multiple tasks, deadlines, difficult situations and/or customer needs.
• Demonstrated ability to handle these situations in a calm and courteous manner that contributes to the overall efficiency and productivity of the pharmacy.
• Demonstrated ability to accept direction from the pharmacist in charge and work effectively with the pharmacist to provide the needed services.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload to ensure emergent and stat workload is completed in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and creativity in dealing with a variety of workload situations and demands.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people with different sociological and educational backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and complete tasks accurately.
• Demonstrated high level of motivation to provide timely customer service.
