Interstate Engineering is looking for a Professional Land Surveyor who’s ready to help mentor young surveyors, solve problems, and help shape projects across the region. As a Professional Land Surveyor at Interstate Engineering, you will lead and support a wide range of projects serving private clients, municipalities, tribal governments, and state and federal agencies. From boundary and topographic surveys to construction staking and GIS mapping, you will bring precision, leadership, and problem-solving to every project.

This role combines technical expertise, mentorship, and relationship building. You will guide survey teams in the field and office, mentor technicians as they grow in their careers, and help strengthen client relationships that support the continued expansion of our survey practice.
