Lewis and Clark County Criminal Justice Services is seeking a Criminal Justice Services Data Coordinator to support data-driven decision‑making across our local justice system. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, finance, and program analysis—and who is motivated by meaningful public service.
About the RoleUnder the supervision of the Criminal Justice Services Data Analyst Supervisor, this position plays a key role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing criminal justice data while also supporting department operations such as budgeting, purchasing, and grant coordination. You’ll collaborate with courts, law enforcement, corrections, and community partners to help improve outcomes across the justice system.

Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and summarize criminal justice data from multiple sources
- Track trends and support strategies to improve system performance
- Maintain dashboards and create data visualizations
Support budgeting, financial tracking, and invoice processing - Coordinate grant reporting and documentation
- Assist with committee meetings, agendas, and compliance with open meeting laws
- Maintain department marketing materials, web content, and social media
- Perform additional administrative and program support duties as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, criminology, statistics, data analytics, business analytics, project management, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 1 year of data analysis experience
- Office management and/or finance experience preferred
- Experience in criminal justice, corrections, or community services is a plus
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively
