Your Next Career Adventure Starts Here! Westaff is looking for a Collections Technician for a state office in Helena, MT!
Schedule: Full-time
Shift: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Term: 3 months
Pay: $23.24/hour
What You’ll Do:- Answering phone calls at call center
- Filing leans on UI debt
- Assisting with E-filing process
- Setting up payment plans
- Taking phone payments
- Accounts receivable, collections, payment processing, and/or data entry required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
- Excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
Successful applicant(s) will be subject to a background check.
