Position OverviewAs our agency continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to help grow our client base and contribute to our continued success.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position compensated on a commission-only basis. There is no base salary or hourly compensation at this time. This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is motivated by unlimited earning potential.
The role is primarily remote, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings or networking events in or around Heflin, Alabama when necessary.
CompensationCommission-Only | 1099 Independent Contractor

- Contractor is responsible for their own taxes and business expenses
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct outreach through networking, referrals, cold calls, and social selling
- Schedule and lead discovery calls
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
- Prepare proposals and manage follow-up communication
- Close new contracts for web design and digital marketing services
- Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
- Develop long-term client relationships for upselling and referral opportunities
- Experience selling web design, digital marketing, or creative services is a plus
- Web design, digital marketing, or graphic design experience is a strong advantage
- General understanding of web design and digital marketing terminology (SEO, hosting, conversion rates, branding, CMS platforms, etc.)
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable managing your own schedule and sales pipeline
- Comfortable with commission-based earnings
