Position OverviewWe are currently hiring an experienced ASE Certified Service Technician to join our service team. This role is designed for a technician who can handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs independently while maintaining factory standards.

CompensationUp to $45 per flat-rate hour, based on experience, certification level, and production performance.
Full-time
Monday through Friday
Occasional Saturdays as business demands
In-person position located in Heflin, AL.
Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles accurately and efficiently
Perform complex engine, transmission, electrical, and driveline repairs
Complete warranty repairs in strict accordance with Ford requirements
Utilize Ford diagnostic systems including IDS and FDRS
Document findings and completed work thoroughly on repair orders
Conduct inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
Maintain current ASE and Ford training certifications
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repairs and timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assist in mentoring developing technicians when appropriate
Current ASE Certifications required
Minimum of 3 years of dealership-level experience
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills
Familiarity with Ford diagnostic software preferred
High level of attention to detail
Professional communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
Established family-owned dealership with strong community presence
Well-equipped shop with modern diagnostic tools
