How you will make a difference Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse Field Service team, ensuring strong performance, technical excellence, and customer orientation.
Coordinate and oversee all field service projects—from planning and scheduling to execution and reporting—to ensure safe, timely, and efficient service delivery.
Strengthen HOERBIGER’s service quality and compliance by implementing and maintaining best‑practice standards for HSE, ISO, VCA-VOL, and technical procedures.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and external partners to deliver seamless, end-to-end service solutions.
Champion customer relationships by analyzing service findings, discussing results onsite, and developing performance‑enhancing service contracts.
What you should be good at Deep technical knowledge of reciprocating compressors or comparable rotating equipment (e.g., engines, pumps) and strong troubleshooting skills.
Proven leadership experience in managing and developing multi-disciplinary service teams in an international industrial environment.
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing complex service interventions.
Solid understanding of HSE compliance and experience in promoting a strong safety culture.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (German beneficial), supported by strong stakeholder management abilities.
