Job Description We’re looking for a dependable and organized
** Warehouse Manager
** to oversee daily operations within the Fabrication Warehouse and support production efficiency across the facility. This role leads warehouse personnel, manages inventory and logistics processes, and ensures materials, tools, and equipment are available to support manufacturing and field service operations.

*** Operational leadership – Ability to guide warehouse staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain productivity while supporting manufacturing and service teams.

* Process improvement mindset – Identifies opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and cost control.
** What You’ll Do
*** Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and material handling activities.
* Ensure materials and parts are available to support production schedules and service demands.
* Lead and supervise warehouse staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
* Promote a safe, productive work environment that supports operational efficiency.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and administrative control of warehouse materials.
* Coordinate with purchasing and engineering to manage reorder points, sourcing, and material availability.
* Manage inventory processes and system controls using JD Edwards and related tracking systems.
* Ensure inventory data accuracy and maintain reliable reporting for operational planning.
* Conduct regular inventory evaluations and support inventory accounting processes.
* Assist with semiannual or annual inventory counts and report on stock levels, shrinkage, and material value.
* Maintain warehouse organization, equipment condition, and facility cleanliness.
* Ensure tools, equipment, and storage areas remain safe, orderly, and operational.
* Support internal departments and field service teams by coordinating material availability.
* Respond to operational needs and help identify improvements that increase production efficiency.
** What You’ll Need
*** Associate degree or equivalent experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or materials coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising employees and managing work schedules.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and inventory or database systems; experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems preferred.
* Ability to work in an active warehouse environment including standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs, operating warehouse equipment, bending or reaching during inventory handling, and working around industrial equipment while following required safety procedures and PPE standards.
