Outside Machinist

• Analyzes and determines causes of faulty conditions of pumps and other process equipment and correct them by repair, calibration and adjustment of machinery and equipment to meet proper operational and quality requirements
• Installs and calibrates new pump, equipment, and machinery to that currently in use or as specified in new installation
• Overhauls, cleans, repairs, adjusts, aligns, and calibrates various types of pumps, machinery and equipment
• Performs routine preventative maintenance duties utilizing various types of analyses, meters, and other test equipment
• Requires physical abilities to climb stairs and ladders and moderate to heavy lifting
• Must be able to repair/rebuild rotating equipment

• High School / School Diploma or similar with 5+ years of experience applicable to Outside Machinist or
• Technical, industrial, craft degree or other training applicable to Outside Machinist
