We are United Energy Workers Healthcare — dedicated to providing exceptional in‑home care to the energy‑worker community. We’re seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse contractor to deliver personalized care as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This role offers flexibility to set your own schedule and work outside traditional clinical settings.

• Compassionate Assistance – Provide gentle assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed, always with dignity and respect.
• Harmonize Care – Coordinate your schedule directly with patients, aligning with their plan of care and personal preferences.
• Vigilant Advocate – Monitor and promptly report any changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
• Healing Hands – Administer medications and treatments with precision and care, as prescribed by their treating physician.
• Collaborative Spirit – Communicate seamlessly with Case Managers and collaborating physicians or specialists.
• Diligent Documentation – Maintain accurate patient logs in our EMR system.
• Emotional Connection – Offer invaluable advice and heartfelt emotional support to patients and their families.
• Communication – Prepare and provide clear, compassionate clinical notes and charting that tell the patient’s story.

• Valid and active RN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to travel to patients’ homes.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing school.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to pass a state and federal background check.
• Malpractice insurance is required.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with a warm, empathetic approach.

USD $38.00 - $44.00 per hour.
