Team Leader, Manufacturing ​/ Production

As the Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for ensuring materials are accurately pulled, staged, and delivered to production to support daily manufacturing operations. This role provides direction to Material Handlers, monitors workflow, and ensures inventory accuracy. The Team Lead serves as a working leader and plays a key role in maintaining safety, productivity, and efficient material flow to the production floor.

3pm-11pm Monday
- Friday

• Production Support & Material Pulling
• Ensure materials are pulled accurately and delivered to production on time based on Manufacturing Orders
• Verify correct part numbers, quantities, and system transactions
• Monitor material flow to prevent production delays
• Provide daily direction and support to Material Handlers
• Assign work and adjust priorities based on production needs
• Assist with training and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Support receiving, stocking, and material movement as needed
• Ensure materials are organized and follow FIFO standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Warehouse or material handling experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and inventory system experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
