Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Administrator role located in Hebron, OH. The Schwebel Baking Company is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources department and employees by performing a wide range of administrative and HR‑related tasks. This role plays a key part in employee relations, recordkeeping, recruiting, onboarding, orientations, and general HR operations. The position also provides front‑desk coverage, assisting incoming visitors, vendors, candidates, customers, and employees.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
This position is full-time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Qualifications- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- Reliable attendance and professionalism.
- Prior experience in a relevant HR administrative role is a plus
