Job Description Join the MPW team! We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Leadership Coach to help develop supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders across our organization. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on leadership training, provide one-on-one coaching, and serve as a role model for MPW’s values, culture, and safety-first mindset.

What You’ll Do
· Facilitate leadership development programs using practical, experience-based training
· Coach leaders before, during, and after training to reinforce learning and drive behavior change
· Partner with operations and HR to align training with business needs and workforce challenges
· Share best practices and institutional knowledge that support MPW’s mission and values
· Adapt training materials based on feedback and evolving organizational priorities
· Promote positive employee relations, professionalism, and a strong safety culture

What You’ll Need
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Adult Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· 10+ years of leadership experience in a corporate or operational environment
· Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing supervisors and managers
· Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%
