• Appropriate Certification/Licensure
• Must have Reading Endorsement on Teaching License or hold a Master’s Degree with major in Reading or Literacy
• Must meet BCII & FBI background checks

Qualifications: The candidate must demonstrate a willingness to be trained in Structured Literacy practices. This may include participation in additional professional development, coursework, assignments, coaching cycles, and implementation expectations beyond regular contract hours as required. Candidates should be open to ongoing learning, feedback, and the consistent application of Structured Literacy strategies to support student achievement.
