Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a driven Construction Project Manager to lead industrial construction and capital projects across North America. In this role, you’ll oversee new facility builds, expansions, and infrastructure improvements that support MPW’s continued growth. • Strong safety leadership and commitment to compliance
• Experience managing multiple construction projects across various locations
• Technical knowledge of industrial construction and facility development
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance

• Lead planning and execution of industrial construction projects, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement
• Oversee contractor safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with building codes and permitting requirements
• Manage project budgets, capital expenditures, and change orders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate with engineering firms, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support project teams
• Lead project closeout activities including commissioning support and final documentation

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Civil Engineering preferred (relevant experience considered)
• 3–5 years of experience in construction management, capital projects, or industrial facility development
• Experience with project scheduling, cost management tools, and vendor oversight
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software preferred
• Ability to travel up to 30% based on project needs
