Construction Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Hebron, OH. This role is pivotal in overseeing and coordinating various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

• BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field required
• 15 years of construction management experience and a related Bachelors degree
• Performance will be measured in terms of project execution (cost schedule and performance) and communication of challenges.
• 5 years experience in Earthworks management
• !0 years of exp in reviewing and interpretation of construction drawings

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification.
• 10 years of relevant experience.

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
