Job Overview

Gosnell Services is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field operations on concrete construction projects. The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for daily crew management, scheduling, material coordination, quality control, and safety compliance. This position requires strong technical skills in all aspects of concrete work - from prep to finishing - as well as proven leadership ability to guide and motivate teams in the field

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily crew operations on-site, delegating tasks and setting goals.
• Conduct daily morning team meetings to review schedules, assignments, and safety protocols.
• Communicate progress, scheduling, and issues daily with the Construction Manager.
• Assist with change orders as needed.
• Perform layout, establish grade and elevations, and ensure work is completed accurately.
• Coordinate and schedule material deliveries with the Construction Manager.
• Communicate with site superintendents to ensure project coordination.
• Oversee all aspects of concrete prep, pour, finish, and saw cutting.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Submit daily job sheets and progress photos using company time tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • 10 years of concrete construction experience is preferred.
  • Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
  • Knowledge and hands-on ability with prep, pour, and finish processes.
  • Proficiency with tools and equipment, including straight edge, bull float, vibra screed, and trowel machines (rider and walk-behind).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Preferred:

Schedule

• Full-Time:
  Monday - Friday
• Overtime required as project demands dictate

Location

• Onsite at Gosnell Services LLC projects; travel may be required depending on job sites.
