Job Summary:

Netrush is currently looking for an individual to join our warehousing team in a fast-paced environment that focuses on safety, quality, and productivity. The Senior Warehouse Associate will assist the leadership team in ensuring the safety, quality, morale, and productivity of a team of 20-40 warehouse associates. This role will have a specific area of the business to oversee on a day-to-day basis and will have the opportunity to grow their leadership development skills.

Shift:

* 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Schedule and manage all inbound transportation (LTL, FTL, parcel, containers, Amazon freight)

* Coordinate dock appointments, carrier check-ins, and inbound labor to maintain smooth dock flow

* Process ASNs and validate BOLs, packing lists, and POs within the TMS/WMS

* Act as primary point of contact for carriers, vendors, and internal teams on inbound status

* Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, and equipment protocols

* Verify inbound receipts for accuracy, damage, lot/expiration, and SKU compliance

* Manage OS&D issues, documentation, escalations, and carrier claims

* Coordinate product segregation for QC holds, regulated, temperature-sensitive, or client-specific requirements

* Ensure accurate system receiving and reconciliation to ASNs, POs, and client SOPs/SLAs

* Manage inbound staging to support putaway efficiency and reduce dock congestion

* Track and report inbound KPIs including dock-to-stock time, accuracy, damage, and carrier performance

* Partner with Inventory Control on discrepancies, cycle counts, and root-cause resolution

* Support inbound labor planning based on forecasted volumes and variability

* Maintain organized inbound documentation for audits and traceability

* Identify and implement process improvements to reduce dwell time and improve throughput

* Train inbound associates on systems, safety, and standard work

* Proactively escalate capacity constraints, appointment conflicts, or backlog risks to leadership

Requirements:

* Able to stand for 8-10 hours per day

* Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

* Available for overtime, as needed

* Have reliable transportation to and from work

* Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion

* Ability to perform tasks under pressure, and within a deadline driven environment

* Detail oriented

* Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication
