** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns.

+ Monitor access points and shipping and/or receiving areas, checking credentials and documenting visitor, vendor, and driver activity in accordance with site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed.

+ Complete routine reports and logs, communicate findings during shift transitions, and help to deter unauthorized activity through high-visibility presence and professional interaction.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
