Security Officer - Unarmed Freight Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders, including emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the chain of command and coordinating with local emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the distribution location, including perimeter, parking areas, dock doors, and trailer or yard areas, watching for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter incidents.;
Control access by verifying identification, managing visitor and vehicle entry, directing traffic flow, and maintaining accurate logs for deliveries, pickups, and contractor activity.;
Complete daily reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to onsite personnel, and support security-related investigations by preserving information and observations.
