Position: Quality Inspectors Needed 3rd Shift 16hr Heber Springs Arkansas

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Hours 10:30p- 6:30a

Duties
  • Conduct thorough inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems
  • Utilize advanced quality management tools like Calypso, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and CGMP standards to verify product conformity
  • Perform detailed quality audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP protocols, and ISO standards
  • Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for precise dimensional analysis and measurement verification
  • Collect and analyze data during inspections to identify trends or deviations from quality specifications
  • Document inspection results accurately and prepare detailed reports for quality assurance review
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of defects and recommending corrective actions
Skills
  • Proficiency with quality inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, vision systems, and CMM equipment
  • Strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and related quality systems
  • Experience conducting quality audits within manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of calibration procedures for precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to analyze data effectively and communicate findings clearly
  • Familiarity with quality management software like Calypso or similar platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills to manage multiple inspections efficiently
