Operating across three shifts, you will play a vital role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal quality systems. - Conduct thorough inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems
- Utilize advanced quality management tools like Calypso, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and CGMP standards to verify product conformity
- Perform detailed quality audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP protocols, and ISO standards
- Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for precise dimensional analysis and measurement verification
- Collect and analyze data during inspections to identify trends or deviations from quality specifications
- Document inspection results accurately and prepare detailed reports for quality assurance review
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of defects and recommending corrective actions
- Proficiency with quality inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, vision systems, and CMM equipment
- Strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and related quality systems
- Experience conducting quality audits within manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of calibration procedures for precision measuring instruments
- Ability to analyze data effectively and communicate findings clearly
- Familiarity with quality management software like Calypso or similar platforms
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills to manage multiple inspections efficiently
