Administrative Clerk

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country.

We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Green Dental Lab in Heber Springs, AR, for an Administrative Clerk.

The regular hours for this position are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

• Learn delivery route(s) as assigned.
• Answering and distributing incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Be able to correctly use the phone system.
• Perform basic secretarial duties.
• Sort and allocate incoming mail daily.
• Greet laboratory visitors.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery request.
• Utilize and operate case tracking software.
• Change codes, dates or other information on work cards and route cases to appropriate departments.
• Evaluate remake cases.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Personable individual with good oral communication skills.
• Data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer service focused.

• Preferred:
  High school diploma or GED equivalent.
