Rock Wall Excavator Operator – EXPERIENCED ONLY

STACK ROCK WALLS – NOT A GENERAL OPERATOR POSITION.

If you cannot independently build clean, tight, structurally correct rock walls with an excavator, do not apply.

We are hiring one proven operator and will build a dedicated excavator to your exact specs for the right person.

We build high-end structural and decorative walls and need someone who can produce visually straight, tight-fitting, long-lasting rock walls at a professional pace.

All qualified applicants will be required to build a demo wall during the interview process to demonstrate their skill level.

This position is for an operator who takes pride in their work, understands both production and precision, and can work independently without constant direction.

• Stack structural and decorative rock walls with an excavator
• Select and place material for tight joints and proper wall structure
• Maintain consistent batter, straight lines, and clean courses
• Perform proper base prep and backfill as needed
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality finished product
  • Coordinate with laborers for staging and production flow
  • Maintain and care for assigned equipment
  Qualifications
  • Proven experience stacking rock walls with an excavator (required)
  • Ability to operate smoothly and precisely in tight working areas
  • Strong understanding of wall stability, drainage, and foundation prep
  • Ability to work independently and stay on grade and on line
  • Reliable and shows up ready to work
  • Valid driver’s license
