Factory Organization

Design layout and workflow zones for our 10,000 sq ft micro‑factory

Build and own a Kanban system — visual, simple, built to last

Create clear labeling and signage anyone can follow at a glance

Keep the system running and improving as we grow

Material Handling

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and deliveries

Pull and stage materials for production and job sites

Load/unload trucks and coordinate with drivers

Track usage and flag shortages before they become problems

You think in systems and see how spaces should flow

You prefer simple, practical solutions — always

Common sense is your superpower

Physically capable and comfortable hands‑on all day

Experience in construction, warehousing, or logistics is a plus — not required
