Management of Vertical Construction Activities, of Residential units, Full time Salaried Position, Reports to Regional Construction Manager

• Responsible for the construction of detached and attached homes.
• Manage the entire vertical construction process from excavation to close of escrow.
• Develop strong professional relationships while working in conjunction with Clients, Designers, Engineers, Inspectors, Subcontractors and Fieldstone Homes employees.
• Review and understand Subcontractors scopes of work.
• Identify any delays in Project Flow and rectifies them.
• Manage job site safety and quality control.
• Walk site daily to ensure all quality and option upgrades are consistently in place.
• Ensure that the project site is always clean and organized.
• Look for and report quality control issues to responsible subcontractor as soon as possible and corrected.
• Direct and update construction schedules daily, with centralized schedule coordinator
• Review and understand all project plans.
• Attend weekly Team Construction Meetings.
• Review and code invoices for variance purchase orders.
• Understand and help manage indirect and site condition budgets.
• Make observations and provide suggestions regarding construction sequence to reduce cost.
