We supply a wide range of industries, including food processing, packaging, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing. Known for our technical expertise, reliability, and customer‑focused approach, we design and manufacture bespoke belting solutions to meet exact customer requirements. Our Mytholmroyd facility is a key part of our operations, supporting customers across the UK and beyond.
We are currently looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing/Fitting team at our Mytholmroyd site.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting, fabricating, vulcanising, and assembling conveyor belt materials, including PU, PVC, PTFE, modular, and rubber belting.
- Measuring accurately and working from technical drawings and specifications.
- Operating cutting tools, sealing equipment, and welding machinery (full training provided).
- Manufacturing products in line with production schedules and quality standards.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.
Packaging finished belts and preparing orders for shipment. - Maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organised work area.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
- Participating in an on‑call rota system, as required.
- Involves repetitive tasks and working to precise specifications.
- Requires standing for long periods and hands‑on manual work.
- Is not an office, design, or constantly varied role.
- Rewards consistency, accuracy, and teamwork rather than speed alone.
- Experience in manufacturing or fabrication (plastics, fabrics, or similar preferred).
- Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Comfortable with hands‑on, repetitive work and standing for long periods.
- Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions.
- Sewing machine experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Driving licence preferred but not essential.
- Full‑time; 40 hours per week.
- Full training provided.

- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:15 pm.
- Friday: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm.
