The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures.

Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands described above.
