Overview
Now Hiring:
Member Service Representative – Heath, OH
Pay: $15/hr - $16/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:45 AM–5:15 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Assist customers with account services, deposits, and inquiries.
- Support debit card and online banking issues.
- Handle cash transactions and review account activity.
- Respond to calls, emails, and customer complaints.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace.
- Must have customer service and cash handling experience.
- Strong communication, math skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently or in a team.
- Willing to work weekends if needed.
