Body Shop Technician

Coughlin Ford of Heath has an immediate need for Body Shop Technicians to join our high-volume Body Shop team. Coughlin is a family-owned and operated dealership in business for over 30 years and offers excellent pay, lots of hours and a full benefits package. Coughlin is the DRP for several insurance companies providing technicians with consistent work all year long. I-Car certifications helpful, but not necessary.

• Determine and repair damaged parts
• Communicate status of repairs clearly to Body Shop Manager
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
• Document all repairs performed
• Document all materials used
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
