Senior Radiology Assistant

Overview

Senior Radiology Assistant at Healdsburg Hospital, CA. This position is part time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Responsible for transporting patients to and from the MRI trailer, utilizing the appropriate mode of transportation and ancillary equipment while assuming responsibility for the patient's care and well-being. When not transporting patients, responsible for the Imaging Department front desk, focusing on patient satisfaction.

Transport patients to and from the MRI trailer using the appropriate mode of transportation and ancillary equipment, while safeguarding patient care and well-being. When not transporting, perform Imaging Department front desk duties with a focus on patient satisfaction.

• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 6 months experience as a Radiology Assistant, Transporter or EMT

• Coursework/Training:
  Medical Terminology education
• Upon hire:
  Venipuncture certification
• 1 year experience in an outpatient or hospital x-ray setting
