About the Role:

The HZ-Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods within the warehouse and shipping areas. This position is responsible for operating forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials, ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and on time. The role requires close coordination with shipping and receiving teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support overall warehouse operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid forklift operator certification or license in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment.

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software.
• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.
