Patrol assigned areas by foot or vehicle to detect suspicious behavior and prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity.;
Manage gatehouse access: greet visitors and truck drivers, check identification, log vehicles, announce visitors, and control access.;
Monitor CCTV systems and front desk operations; provide customer service and distribute packages as needed.;
Verify authorized devices by scanning tags/IMEI and ensuring paperwork matches.;
Monitor North Dock and South Dock operations: count pallets, track shipments, open/close dock doors, and monitor for safety.
